Terms and Conditions

Let's keep it short and sweet.  

 

Ordering

Orders placed are for the items as per your order confirmation. These do not rollover to the following week and are only for delivery on the specified days, as per the order confirmation.

We will request your personal and financial information only to contact you and bill you accordingly.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to delivery and this must be done so by contacting us on phone 07 3613 0022.  

 

Delivery policy & cut off times

We require 3 working days notice for your orders.  Your next available delivery day will be illuminating once you enter your postcode.  Delivery areas are Brisbane CBD, city fringe and airport districts.  

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive your email confirmation, please check your junk mail and ensure you have entered the correct email address under your profile.  If you are unsure whether we have your order, please login to your account online and check under the orders section.  If you are still unsure, please contact us on 07 3613 0022.

Once an order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address or the delivery day.  Unfortunately we cannot deliver at a specific time and if you have made a mistake on your order, we cannot change or refund all or part of the order.  If you feel we have delivered an incorrect meal or you are missing a meal, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 07 3613 0022.  In the instance we have made a msitake, we can provide a coupon code to be used for future orders, or we can provide a refund via the same financial details provided on your account.  If you cannot comply with the above policies, we cannot provide a replacement meal, refund or coupon code.

Once we have made delivery in accordance to your delivery instructions, Delivery Chef accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of goods.  We will not be held liable for any financial damages or physical damage to the product. 

 

Allergies & pregnant women

Although Delivery Chef makes every effort to ensure allergens are kept out of meals pertaining to certain dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee these allergens are not present.  

Delivery Chef accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions to our products, including expectant mothers.

 

Use of personal information for communication

Delivery Chef will use your personal information for essential communications via email, phone or SMS.  We may also contact you via these avenues to offer you promotional offers, send you reminders, new product alerts and discount codes.  

If you wish to be removed from these optional communications, please contact us via email or phone 07 3613 0022.

We will not share your personal information with any third party agent or service provider that is not directly related to Delivery Chef.
